    The team at Hybrid Gym is absolutely wonderful! I really couldn't ask for more than my trainer Kelly. Kelly has the time-tested knowledge and amazing personality that makes each session something I really look forward to. I normally have to hype myself up to get to the gym but not with Kelly. He is just a straight up good dude who knows what he's talking about and keeps me focused and committed to training. Speaking of the training, Jon Bond's training method is something I've never experienced, and I've done everything from high school sports to training on my own to crossfit. Jon's training method is definitely challenging but feels sustainable and as though it will keep me strong over the long haul. There are no shortcuts to physical fitness and wellness, and there shouldn't be. My experience at Hybrid Gym has far exceeded my expectations in all the best ways. The facility and equipment are top tier. And again, the entire team exudes the kind of positive energy that gives you the extra push to get through the last few reps. As Hybrid Gym's motto says - STAY HUMBLE, WORK HARD!

    I am thrilled with my experience at Hybrid in the 6 Week Shred course! The workouts were intense but manageable; the staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding exercise form, and was instrumental in assuring the exercises were performed safely and correctly. With daily check-ins as well as big-picture evaluations throughout the program, the team was able to adjust my nutritional needs to meet my goals as the program progresed. The various methods of accountability really helped me stay on track without being overly tedious or intrusive. I cannot recommend this gym enough if you are looking to jumpstart a transformation.

    Was looking for a boxing gym for quite a while not just to lose weight but to train how to box properly. Not only they have a group sessions for boxing but Hybrid is more focused on one on one training which is exactly what I was looking for. Moment I walked in I was greeted by the GM, Daniella and after a short interview on what I was looking to achieve, she recommended me on their 12 weeks challenge and added a weight lifting session to balance out my goal to lose weight faster and effectively. Long story short, through out the 12 weeks program I’ve lost almost 20 lbs and that’s while I’m building muscle and my boxing skills have improved a lot. They pay attention to the details and push you to achieve your goal but on a level and pace where you can handle. It was a great decision to join Hybrid to take care of my body after a long years of abuse and enough to make a habit of staying healthy.

    Hybrid gym, and specifically my trainer, Kelly, have been life changers. I was motivated to start training after being mostly idle at my desk job for nearly 10 years. I used to work, go home, and be exhausted by my kids. I now look forward to my training sessions three times per week, and after 6 months, I feel more energized in, and mentally prepared for, every aspect of my life. The facilities, including showers/locker rooms, are spotless. The people that work here are very friendly, and the environment is great and non-initimidating. Kelly knows how to push me to do my best, and he has genuinely had a measurable positive and long-lasting impact on my life.

    I have tried many things but Hybrid is by far the best! I work with Garry and he’s amazing! He truly cares about your progress as much as you do and gives you that extra push on days when you really just don’t feel like it. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it. Absolutely!
