I'm so happy I found hybrid for both the personal training and kickboxing that they offer. Highly recommend them for helping you reach your fitness and health goals. For me it was to get stronger and healthier and I definitely feel that!
The gym is modern and always clean PLUS they offer validated free parking (a perk in downtown!). But what really sets this gym apart is the friendly staff. I always feel supported by everyone even when they may not be the ones training me and it really sets the tone for the gym.
Shootout to my current trainer Kyneijee for constantly hyping me up and pushing me to be stronger. If you need someone to push you and make you feel like a strong ass b, shes your girl. I'm the strongest I've ever been and I can't wait to see the other milestones I hit! I've also worked with Rebecca in the past and she is just as amazing and encouraging!
Muaythai with Kelly is also tons of fun. You will easily learn some new moves and improve on technique all while getting your cardio and sweat in!

I just completed the 6 Week Shred program at Hybrid Gym Los Angeles, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience! As a bigger guy, sometimes it can be intimidating stepping into a gym, but from day one, everyone at Hybrid made me feel welcomed and supported. The staff are super friendly, and it’s clear they truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The community vibe here is awesome, it feels like a team, not just a gym.
Yes, it will challenge you, and yes, there will be days when you’re sore, but that’s part of the journey. If you’re thinking about trying their 6 Week Shred program, I highly recommend it.

I have been working out with Jesse at Hybrid for three months now and am loving the experience and the results. I’m 47 but now stronger than ever. Jesse is super knowledgeable and inspiring, pushing me way beyond what I thought I was capable of at this age, while also devising thoughtful and creative solutions for working around old
injuries that used to hold me back. The whole experience is great. I love the facility and the other trainers and clients. It’s a friendly but professional atmosphere, perfect for people who want 1-1 training in a high end gym with zero crowds. Worth every penny.

Hybrid gym is the absolute best! I honestly didn't have high expectations when I first joined 3 months ago because no gym or trainer has ever fulfilled my particular needs--I was pleasantly surprised. The facilities and programs make sense. I love that it's not open to the public and is dedicated solely to personal training. It's never crowded and everyone's there for one purpose and they're serious about it. Garry is my trainer and he is truly amazing!!! I love his dedication and holistic approach. He is an athlete so he just gets it, and knows what I need better than I even know. I first signed up mainly for rehab purposes and he developed a program for me that addresses those issues plus golf issues (he doesn't even play golf, which means he studied it for me), all at the same time, without my asking...! I've seen so much progress already and am excited to continue this journey with Garry and Hybrid!

My experience at HYBRID in the last two months has been wonderful. Couldn't be more satisfied to see the change effects on myself. The community here is amazing and friendly!
I want to give extra credits to my trainer, KB. She has made and provided great positive impacts on me and my life. She's dedicated herself to my training plans, daily nutritional goals, and great motivation that supported and encouraged me to achieve all the improvements. The challenge and transformation are balanced to each.
Getting out of my comfort zone is not an easy choice but I am glad I joined here and made a difference in myself.. Thanks again to HYBRID.
